Not unlike Hitler, Donohue and his organization, thinks he is a soldier of Christ but enjoys crucifying those who doesn't worship his ideologies.

Is Donohue actually promoting his own version of a god?

And these lunatics tend to promote hatred in the name of God or in the name of justice.

Hitler certainly found a clever way to draw followers. And with enough support. he also found a way to act like a god. Subsequently destroying all other religions and non-Reich faith believers was his ultimate way for total control of Germany and other nations. The looney knew how to expand his power!
